Pros

  • Has background in finance and auditing
  • President of the Cochran’s Crossing Village Association and Chairman of the Cochran’s Crossing Residential Design Review Committee (RDRC)
  • Claims she favors small limited governement, though she's given to big government demcrats
  • Appears from her Q&A that she has a strong desire to allow the residents of the Woodlands to guide her actions in this office, if she's sincere
  • says she has positive relationships with county partners to correct tax inequity, and undersirable mobility issues

Cons

  • Did not video interview w/us to explain her answers with specifics. - 25 point deduction
  • Pro-developer (PTW, Woodlands Online 8/14/23) candidate
  • While voting in 2016 & '22 GOP primaries, as well as '20 run-off, she has given to a Democratic candidate and Democratic causes, including BETO(2018)Uni-party RINO comes to mind.
  • Against incorporation, leaving control with corrupt commissioners instead of local governance
  • Claims she has a voice not represented - but it's the same voice as the 4 Howard Hughes surrogates just elected 2022
  • Claimed board prior to 2022, to which she seems hostile towards, damaged relationship with other government entities, yet the same board made it into Americas leading community.
  • Did not answer what the surplus was in the coffers; only that the four new directors threw the community a bone with a homestead exemption
  • Dodged question about the townships responsibility during the 4th of July parade and holding the July 4th organization accountable to their own standards
  • Supports trolley services between Town Center and Grogans Mill, for no other reason than to have it (like the boats of old) that were shuttered.
  • Danto had listed on her LinkedIn page that she worked for four years for the very woke National Equity Fund.  Their website is here: https://www.nationalequityfund.org/ She has since deleted her LinkedIn page.
