Appears from her Q&A that she has a strong desire to allow the residents of the Woodlands to guide her actions in this office, if she's sincere
says she has positive relationships with county partners to correct tax inequity, and undersirable mobility issues

Cons

Did not video interview w/us to explain her answers with specifics. - 25 point deduction
Pro-developer (PTW, Woodlands Online 8/14/23) candidate
While voting in 2016 & '22 GOP primaries, as well as '20 run-off, she has given to a Democratic candidate and Democratic causes, including BETO(2018). Uni-party RINO comes to mind.
Against incorporation, leaving control with corrupt commissioners instead of local governance

Claimed board prior to 2022, to which she seems hostile towards, damaged relationship with other government entities, yet the same board made it into Americas leading community.
