Extensive legal experience. Aggressive - a bulldog.
Litigating attorney - BV Rated by Martindale-Hubble
Former presiding judge for City of Oak Ridge No.
Believes in (2) term limits
Against zoning - Rev generator for special needs
Against toll roads of any kind
Main reason for running is contention current CA didn't do enough in Joe Corley/Mental Health debacle
Claims current County Attorney is settling instead of litigating

CONS:

Seems to be a go-it-alone guy.
As a self-proclamed "lone wolf" one should wonder how effective he will be leading a staff of 30?
Low opinion of the current staff of the CA's office.
Believes he's the only one who has the courage to go swim upstream on difficult issues.
Has very disparaging view of state legislators representing the county.
Does not come across as a team player.
Does not come across as a professional.
Claims Tea Party participation, but he's been MIA since last election
Good questionaire. A little dissappointing that he list abortion & ALAC as his lower priorities
