Pros
- In Law Enforcement for over twenty five years; and
- have worked for both the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office where I served in the jail, patrol, and criminal investigations;
- Constables have a constitutional duty to serve professional civil process and maintain a bailiff to the Justice of the Peace Court;
- Embedded in that Precinct 2 Constables Office hold the position as Captain; has the confidence of the present Constable
- Understands the present workings and sees where improvment/change needs to be made. Present position in the department gives him an edge and the officers in the Constable's office know and respect him.
- If elected, "use influence as an elected constable to support initiatives at the state level to push back on these Biden policies";
- As a criminal investigator, policeman and author of hundreds of search warrants and arrest warrants, there has never been an instance where the information contained within those documents was not 100% accurate, fresh and the best information available at the time;
- In response to Strong Cities network: " will never take action against the citizens or participate in Federal Government action no matter how small or how large."
- Strong constitutional principles. Believes in community policing. Seems well qualified to step into the roll.
- Says he'll redistribute resources to better serve less developed areas.
Cons
- Wants to grow dept past basic process service.
