Pros

Strong financially - In favor of an independent, 3rd party audit, to get to the bottom of why there's a $12million dollar deficit @ CISD
Agrees that there is no place for common core, CRT, SEL, or International Baccalaureate in our schools.
Strong and bold when speaking
Experience speaking in Austin at dyslexia hearing
doesn't want LGBTQ books in CISD
Wants to do something about violence and bullying in CISD
Wants dress code, gender, cell phone policies
Transparency to parents is important to her
Superintendent's salary should be in line with peers
Teachers need more pay
Title IX original version needs to stay & girls protected in restrooms, locker rooms and in sports
Will change rules for SHAC committee

Cons

Didn't do a deep dive into financials of CISD
Could put too much emphasis on Dyslexia
Works long hours
likes HB1605 & didn't read it so doesn't understand how bad it is
Doesn't understand the Pico case and how it covers Board for deciding to remove any book they deem harmful
