- Also in 2002 campaign, came out against 1989 Robin Hood redistribution -

- Prior Upper Court experience (Tx. SC from 2002 to 2005)
- Willing to go against establishment republicans - was opposed by establishment republican Rick Perry
- Says Constitution most important in rulings, reflected by him while on TxSC
- Says Legislative/Executive branches, both federal and state, are failing us on immigration. Lead attorney in IRCOT's state court challenge or providing tuition to illegals.
- 1992 filed law suit that was responsible for reforming the University of Texas racial discrimination of whites
