Yes, I support and have Endorsed James Dickey For RPT Chair and will continue so long as he keeps to the Will of the Party as a whole.

NO 

I had never supported the liberal measures that made pay for play politics out of Committee appointments authored and gamed by Joe Straus and fathered by Craddick.

Please describe what you believe are the most significant issues in this race, why and what you'll do to address them?

Unity of the RPT and the MCRP are the most important issues in this Precinct Chair Race. Promotion of the Party within the confines of Precinct 16 are paramount to combating and defeating the failed Democrat Policy Growth of Houston-Harris County into our East Montgomery County Precinct. Standing firm in a Unified Direction with the County Conservatives and promoting Moral and Fiscal Responsibility within our elected, empowering them, and sustaining positive and responsible growth is Essential.

The Supreme Court Cases Texas should ignore are the cases not decided upon by Constitutional Law.

I'll support the changes brought to the floor and voted upon by the Delegates of each Convention.

As a Republican, if you had to give up one of the following core principles, which one would you select first and why? 
a. pro-life;
b. 10% reduction in state, fed, local spending;
c. 2nd amendment;
d. illegal immigration;
e. foreign bases; 
f.  10th amendment

Foreign Bases. They get us a battle in our neighbors back yard when needed, keep it off our Borders!

We need to Stop Killing Babies, CUT spending by more than 10%, Endorse the 2nd Amendment and just follow the Constitution, Target Illegal Immigration as a whole, and utilize the 10th Amendment to reign in Federal Government Overreach and Taxation.

What distinguishes you from your opponent?

I haven't seen her within our party structure after I performed the last precinct convention without her and went to the county and state conventions as the only delegate from our precinct. I am well travelled within our Senate District at multiple County Executive Meetings and I am also involved in County Tea Party meetings and Functions. I am a paid in full member of the MCTP and Communicate with other Conservative and Republican Party Members regularly throughout the State of Texas, and do attend SREC quarterly meetings.

Abolish the Internal Revenue Service

Abolish the Environmental Protection Agency

Abolish the US Department of Education

Are the United States and Texas constitutions living documents?  Please answer in the context of Progressivism versus Originalism.

The Constitutions are Founding Documents. If they are properly executed and endorsed, these documents should be living, so long as they are followed First!

I am for a user tax with minimal dispursement to the Federal Government.

The original documents revealed a united States of America.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to its people.

The States can Nullify a Bill or Law not granted the United States within the Constitution.

At what point should the "right to life" or "personhood" be granted to new human beings (e.g., at conception, 13 weeks of gestation, birth, 5 days old, 18 years old, etc)? What action, if any, will you take to reflect this in law?

Conception Morally, and Scientifically is the beginning of Life- FACT!

I will fight legally, as I have physically in the Service for the rights of people to Live.

I DO NOT support ANY funding of abortion or Baby parts sales in any form.

Do you support or oppose allowing parents direct the flow of federal education funds (e.g., to their school or home school of choice)? Support? Oppose? Please explain.

I do not support the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT being involved with our Education System. School Boards are locally elected,

and should represent the Will of the local people. 

What, if anything, should be done to protect our borders from illegal immigration?

Since I am currently working with Law Enforcement alongside local and private entities, Texas should secure our own Borders if the US can't. Build in part a wall,  and utilize the Texas State Guard in its full Capacity along with local law enforcement and help 

Enforce current laws, and endorse appropriate Immigration Legislation and IMPLEMENTATION for our Security.

Do you support or oppose the referendum passed by both the MoCo GOP Executive Committee and SREC to allow voters, at the statewide level, to decide in the voting booth whether or not they want a particular toll road?  Why or why not?

I support the Referendum to let the Voters Decide. When the Party as a Majority Speaks, listen!

Cut out the benefits of the "pay to play elite" and their cronies who rack up debt for their personal and or campaign benefits.

What does being a conservative mean to you?

Being Conservative is doing what is best morally and fiscally right for Texas and Ultimately the United States of America as a Light in God's World

Supporting a Pro-Common Sense Republican Party Platform in Unity and in Promoting Our Values within the confines of our different tiers 

of government, which is essential to the Liberties that my Fellow Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airmen, and Warriors have fought for in preserving our

Constitutional Republic, if we can keep it! It also means supporting our likeminded Elected Public Servants and promoting them without Shame or Malice 

as Long as they perform within these guidelines which is set by our Constitution.
