declared

I've lived in Texas my entire life.  I have worked for family business my entire adult life.  I married the love of my life at the age of 21.

 I have helped out on multiple campaigns and prepared to assist the people in my precinct when I am called.

 In my 1st term, I sponsored multiple resolutions in support of conservative Republican. Got elected to the Montgomery County Republican party steering committee. Worked with multiple Conservative candidates in local nonpartisan races. And worked with multiple candidates in order to make sure this county stays red.

Questionnaire

General

This is a Republican primary race.  Do you promise, if elected, to abide by the RPT platform?  And if not, please enumerate what problems you have.

Yes, I promise to  To abide by the party platform.  I also promise to  Boat all what my citizens want.

Do you support current RPT chair James Dickey in full and if not, what do you disagree with?

Yes, from what I have heard.

Did you support liberal Texas house-speaker Joe Straus?  Why or why not?

No I do not.

 Unlike other republicans in the state Joe Straus has constantly and vibrantly killed conservative reform in this state.

Please describe what you believe are the most significant issues in this race, why and what you'll do to address them?

Property tax reform.  I will work with county commissioners and other local officials to help reduce the burden of property taxes on the people.

 Activism-  Having somebody who is up-to-date on all the knowledge and is active in the precinct

Which supreme court cases should Texas just ignore?

Any Supreme Court case that violates the 10th amendment.

 But if you would like specifics Oberfell v hodgens

There's discussion about making major revisions to the RPT Platform. Please describe the nature of any major changes you support.

I'm not really sure of any major revisions coming to the party platform.  I'd have to do more research before I can give a definitive answer.

As a Republican, if you had to give up one of the following core principles, which one would you select first and why?
a. pro-life;
b. 10% reduction in state, fed, local spending;
c. 2nd amendment;
d. illegal immigration;
e. foreign bases;
f.  10th amendment

I would  Give up on foreign bases.  The reason being backing down on that is of very little consequence.  We save a few billion  Colors that funds the government for a few days.  So is a fairly easy one to give up on.

For what offices should term limits be implemented?

For elected office none. I belive as long an  Individual represents his people and his state to the satisfaction of the people of said state he should be allowed to remain in office until he decides it's time or his people decide to vote him out.

 For  The Supreme Court I am not for a term of it but rather an age limit.

 I believe at the age of 80 Supreme Court justices should either resign or be forced to resign.

What distinguishes you from your opponent?

I'm active and actually attend things

Please list 3 federal agencies that are popular in our culture and should be abolished

In the words of Former gov Perry.

 Education, Commerce,  And a what was the 3rd one there?

 In seriousness.  Education, EPA, IRS

Are the United States and Texas constitutions living documents?  Please answer in the context of Progressivism versus Originalism.

No  They are not.

 The Constitution of the United States if you would like to change something in the Constitution it has to go through Congress and passed with a 2/3  Vote.  If they would like something repealed it has to be unanimous.

Taxes

What form of federal tax law do you support and why (e.g., current, flat tax, fair tax, other)?

Flat Tax.  A flat tax makes the tax code fair and equal.  And also forces the government to live within its means.   It can't tax a higher income group out of much higher percent just so I can pay for something that we don't need.

2nd Amendment - guns

Do you believe the Second Amendment grants an individual right or a militia right?

What is a militia?  It's a group of citizens coming together to fight for a common cause that are not active military.  Meaning they can stay and leave whenever they choose.  So that would mean that the citizens to be able to join a militia have to have a weapon.  Therefore the Constitution grants it to both.

10th Amendment

Please explain your interpretation of the Tenth Amendment and the principle of nullification. Do states have a right of nullification? What should the federal government do if a state attempts nullification?

If it's not in the Constitution then the federal government must leave it the hell alone.  Yes the States have the right of notification.

 Federal government should attempt to make the States see why they shouldn't  nullify it.   But never force them to.

Other civil liberty

At what point should the "right to life" or "personhood" be granted to new human beings (e.g., at conception, 13 weeks of gestation, birth, 5 days old, 18 years old, etc)? What action, if any, will you take to reflect this in law?

Conception. Fight abortion at every term. And pass a law, stating person hood begins at conception.

Do you support or oppose federal funding for Planned Parenthood and other agencies that perform abortions, both in the U.S. and abroad (even if they use money derived from other sources)?

I believe the Govermwnt should  Defund Planned Parenthood.  And then the government should pass a law outlawing abortion.

 As long as Planned Parenthood isn't doing abortions.  And they are being funded by a non government entity.  Then they should have the right to conduct a business.

Education

Do you support or oppose allowing parents direct the flow of federal education funds (e.g., to their school or home school of choice)? Support? Oppose? Please explain.

Support. It gives the parents the abilty, pick the best schools for there kids.

 And puts competition between schools to hire better teachers and better curriculum.

Immigration

What, if anything, should be done to protect our borders from illegal immigration?

A border wall along with worker programs in all States that show whether or not you're a citizen and if you are not you cannot be hired.

Transportation

Do you support or oppose the referendum passed by both the MoCo GOP Executive Committee and SREC to allow voters, at the statewide level, to decide in the voting booth whether or not they want a particular toll road?  Why or why not?

I supported I believe a road construction of that size,  And it's gonna cost the taxpayers that much.  Should let the citizens vote on it of whether or not they even want it

Other

What does being a conservative mean to you?

Being conservative means  Embodying the views of our founding fathers.  Having a small government and a more  Moralistic  Society.  But most importantly defending the Constitution  Even if you stand alone.
