I've lived in Texas my entire life.  I have worked for family business my entire adult life.  I married the love of my life at the age of 21.

I have helped out on multiple campaigns and prepared to assist the people in my precinct when I am called.

In my 1st term, I sponsored multiple resolutions in support of conservative Republican. Got elected to the Montgomery County Republican party steering committee. Worked with multiple Conservative candidates in local nonpartisan races. And worked with multiple candidates in order to make sure this county stays red.

General

Please describe what you believe are the most significant issues in this race, why and what you'll do to address them?

The most significant issues that are going to be facing this county from a precinct chairman's position is going to be voter turn out and voter activism.

I plan to talk to as many people as possible in order to get them highly motivated and highly active in our political process.

The only way we can continue to have the success that we have had is Making sure that citizens actually have an opportunity to work with in the party. That means having a bottom down structure where the CEC and the citizens get the final say in all matters.

Do you promise, if elected, to abide by the RPT platform? And if not, please enumerate what problems you have.

Despite any problems I might have with the Republican party platform, As And elected Republican party chairman. I will abide by the RPT platform

What differentiates you from your opponents?

While my opponent might have good intentions I have never once seen him at any events for any candidate or organization within the Republican party.

Before I even ran for precinct chair I was active in many different conservative organizations in groups. I was also actively helping candidates before I ran.

What best describes your political ideology most(circle only one).
1.        Republican
2.        Grassroots
3.        Conservative
4.        Tea Party

3.

Please list 3 federal agencies that are popular in our culture and should be abolished

1. Education

2. Commerce

3. Federal Reserve

Should Texas GOP limit their elected officials to 8 years or less from the same office, even though it will force some good candidates to leave an office?

No. As long as a Candidate Continues to do good work. They shouldn't be forced out.

When you leave office what accomplishment/s do you want to be your hallmark, your legacy, and why?

Increased voter Turn out, and a Highly Active Prienct.

Taxes

What form of federal tax law do you support (e.g., current, flat tax, fair tax, other) and why?

Taxation is Theft.

But if I have we have to have a Tax, I Support a Flat Tax.

A flat tax truly is the most equal form of taxation.

A couple of years ago, a resolution was put forth by MoCo GOP to institute a 20% Homestead Exemption.  Did you support or oppose this and why?

I supported it.

Anything that Benefits tax payers while depriving the Bloated Government of Revenue. Is I win in my book .

2nd Amendment - guns

Do you believe the Second Amendment grants an individual right or a militia right?

A militia is a group of individuals therefore the only way from militia to properly  Function would be for citizens to own firearms.

10th Amendment

Please explain your interpretation of the Tenth Amendment and the principle of nullification. Do states have a right of nullification? What should the federal government do if a state attempts nullification?

I am in support of Nullification.

If 2/3 of a state legislature, Disagrees with a federal law then that States should have the ability to say we don't want to interpret this law because it's not good for our state.

If a state decides that they disagree with a law the federal government should work with the States so they can fix the law, so the state will follow it.

Other civil liberty

Do you support or oppose federal funding for Planned Parenthood and other agencies that perform abortions, both in the U.S. and abroad (even if they use money derived from other sources)?

Oppose.

We is the Republican party should stand firm in our belief that life begins at conception and is sacred and should be protected.

At what point should the "right to life" or "personhood" be granted to new human beings (e.g., at conception, birth, 5 days old, etc)? What action, if any, will you take to reflect this in law?

Life begins at conception.

I have supported financially Texas right to life.

Education

Do you support or oppose allowing parents direct the flow of federal education funds (e.g., to their school or home school of choice)? Support? Oppose? Please explain.

Support.

I  Believe that of parents  Should be able to make a decision about their children's as occasion.  And believe that they should be able to direct  The tax dollars day pay to fund their child's education whether be home school or public school.

Ethics

Do you agree with precinct chairs involvement in republican primaries? Why or why not?

Absolutely we are the ground forces that can help turn the tide of elections

What's your impression of GOP Speaker Dennis Bonnen after he was caught offering a Quid Pro Quo to Empower Texans Michael Quinn Sullivan?  Should Speaker Bonnen resign?  Should he suffer legal ramifications for his action/s?

I do believe he should resign there is no reason for him to continue to stay a speaker of the house especially  If there is a special session.

As for criminal prosecution I believe there should be an investigation before we jump to that.

Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Is there anything in your background of an embarrassing nature that should be explained before your election? Arrests/Convictions? Bankruptcys?

A lost a bet once, and had to take a picture in a dress. Lol. But thats all.

Immigration

What, if anything, should be done to protect our borders from illegal immigration?

Build the wall but do it to where  We are not increasing our deficit or Debt

Amnesty comes in many forms.  What's your view as it pertains to Texas?

We should not be allowing people who jump the border illegally get citizenship.

Transportation

Do you support or oppose the referendum passed by both the MoCo GOP Executive Committee and SREC to allow voters, at the statewide level, to decide in the voting booth whether or not they want a particular toll road?  Why or why not?

Yes

If taxpayer dollars are going to be used on projects that they're going to have to continuously pay for it should be decided by voters.

Did you take a public position on the May 9, 2015 Road Bond, and if so, what was it? And in a few sentences, explain why.

No,

I was not currently in the county so did not take a position on it.

Other

What does being a conservative mean to you?

Being conservative mean standing by the founding principles of this country.  It means standing for fiscal responsibility social conservatism and defending our judeo Christian heritage.

Do you support the Montgomery County Republican Party By-Laws as adopted by the CEC on 6/26/18?  And if not, why not?

Yes absolutely

It was a great step forward in modernizing the party, And it allowed citizens to have a more active role within the party.
