Please describe what you believe are the most significant issues in this race, why and what you'll do to address them?

I believe the biggest issue in this election is electing people that will actually participate.  There are far too many people sitting on the bench right now because they think that their absence is some kind of statement.  I plan to be an active asset to the party if elected.

What differentiates you from your opponents?

One of my opponents is mentally unstable in my opinion.  He wears womens clothes and has made threats toward law inforcement.  My other opponent has held the chair before and has not been an active chairmen as of late which does the party no good.

Yes

When you leave office what accomplishment/s do you want to be your hallmark, your legacy, and why?

I only want to help keep Montgomery county voting red!  I just want to be remembered as reliable.

What form of federal tax law do you support (e.g., current, flat tax, fair tax, other) and why?

Flat Tax.  I dont believe people should be punished with higher taxes for working hard.  If you work hard and amass a fortune, good for you.

A couple of years ago, a resolution was put forth by MoCo GOP to institute a 20% Homestead Exemption.  Did you support or oppose this and why?

I support anything that relieves the high tax burden on Americans.

Do you believe the Second Amendment grants an individual right or a militia right?

An individual right.  It is our right to bear arms and shall not be infringed.

Please explain your interpretation of the Tenth Amendment and the principle of nullification. Do states have a right of nullification? What should the federal government do if a state attempts nullification?

Any power not explicitly granted to the federal government by the constitution belongs to the state and its people.  If a state wants the protection and assets of the federal government then I dont believe they costitutionally have that right.  I would say federal funding would need to be stopped to that state.

Do you support or oppose federal funding for Planned Parenthood and other agencies that perform abortions, both in the U.S. and abroad (even if they use money derived from other sources)?

I want Planned Parenthood shut down.  I do not want them to recieve one cent of federal funding.

At what point should the "right to life" or "personhood" be granted to new human beings (e.g., at conception, birth, 5 days old, etc)? What action, if any, will you take to reflect this in law?

Conception.  I will always vote against and speak out against abortion.

Do you support or oppose allowing parents direct the flow of federal education funds (e.g., to their school or home school of choice)? Support? Oppose? Please explain.

Support.  The people paying the taxes should control the money.  Your taxes should benefit you directly.

Do you agree with precinct chairs involvement in republican primaries? Why or why not?

Of course.  The precinct chairs are responsible for voter turnout which is of upmost importance.

What's your impression of GOP Speaker Dennis Bonnen after he was caught offering a Quid Pro Quo to Empower Texans Michael Quinn Sullivan?  Should Speaker Bonnen resign?  Should he suffer legal ramifications for his action/s?

Obviously when you are caught knowingly breaking the rules, a price must be paid.  I would say no question he needs to resign.

Is there anything in your background of an embarrassing nature that should be explained before your election? Arrests/Convictions? Bankruptcys?

Like many young college age males, I let alcohol get me in minor trouble.  I was arrested for public intoxication on two occasions.  It was a minor incident without violence or resistance.  I paid the fine and moved on.

What, if anything, should be done to protect our borders from illegal immigration?

We must build a border wall!  We must also use the military to guard our borders from invasion.

Amnesty comes in many forms.  What's your view as it pertains to Texas?

Im not for amnesty in any form.

Do you support or oppose the referendum passed by both the MoCo GOP Executive Committee and SREC to allow voters, at the statewide level, to decide in the voting booth whether or not they want a particular toll road?  Why or why not?

Support.  Again, I believe that tax payers should control their money.

Did you take a public position on the May 9, 2015 Road Bond, and if so, what was it? And in a few sentences, explain why.

My biggest complaint was the borrowing of money to pay for repairs that I felt the county should be responsible for.

What does being a conservative mean to you?

Being responsible in all areas of life.
