I would reach more conservitive voters and encurage them to take an active roll in election process.

I do not know my opponent but the only difference I can think of is 10+ years as precinct chair.

Should Texas GOP limit their elected officials to 8 years or less from the same office, even though it will force some good candidates to leave an office?

Yes I believe so.

When you leave office what accomplishment/s do you want to be your hallmark, your legacy, and why?

I followed the rules of the office. I treated everyone as I would want to be treated because its he rightthing to do. 

What form of federal tax law do you support (e.g., current, flat tax, fair tax, other) and why?

The fair tax or consumption tax because Everyone would be paying their share. We all would have as they say skin in the game.

A couple of years ago, a resolution was put forth by MoCo GOP to institute a 20% Homestead Exemption.  Did you support or oppose this and why?

I did support the Exemption because I think property taxes are to high and I think as you get older, living on a fixed income will be harder to keep your home.

Do you believe the Second Amendment grants an individual right or a militia right?

 The Second Amendment grants an Individual right to self protection.

Please explain your interpretation of the Tenth Amendment and the principle of nullification. Do states have a right of nullification? What should the federal government do if a state attempts nullification?

As I understand the principle of nullification is if I were sitting on a jury and as judge handed down a ruling that the jury felt was to hard the jury could nullifi that ruling. I do think states have a right of nullification but I'm not sure what the federal government should do if a state attempts nullification as I have not thouoht about it.

I do not support the federal funding for Planned Parenthood or other agencies that perform abortions any where or the from other sources.

The " right to life " should be granted to new human being atconception.

I support allowing parents direct the flow of federal education funds to their school or home school of choice because parents are responcable for their children and their education.

I do agree with precinct chairs involvement in republican primaries because I'm still a voter that is involved in my country.

He should  resign and should suffer what ever the legal ramifications call for.

Is there anything in your background of an embarrassing nature that should be explained before your election? Arrests/Convictions? Bankruptcys?

The wall is a first thing.

I think you have to go back and start the process leaglly.

Ido sopport the referendum   because we pay the tolls. We the People.

I did not take a public position on the May 9 road bond.

What does being a conservative mean to you?

It means not spending more than you take in and getting the best you can with as little as possable.
