A Conservative is someone who is patriotic, pro-Constitution and defends our God given freedoms including religious freedom.   Also believes in limited government, free market capitalism and the rule of law being applied equally to all Americans

YES

Do you think the 'Republican' brand should be used by PACs in their names that may deceive voters? Why or why not?"

NO.   It deceives the voters into thinking it's the actual Republican Party

How do you believe precinct chairs should be involved in elections? (election judge, clerk, none?)

Precinct Chairs should be working outside at the polls during early voting and election day to educate voters on Republican principles and to meet your constituents.    Being an election judge or clerk is great too, just make sure you have some volunteers working the parking lot. 

Do you like the Steering Committee style of leadership currently in place or that of just a county chairman?

A Steering Committee is very important to hold the county chairman accountable.

Do you beieve that the county chair/precinct chairs should actively participate in at least one committee?

YES

Should the county GOP chair be involved with fundraising? Why or why not?

Yes.   The GOP County Chair should use his position to fundraise because he/she is the face of the party and that carries a lot of influence.  It  also encourages the other officers and precinct chairs to also fundraise.

Should party primaries be "open" or "closed" & why?

Closed.   Open primaries are easily manipulated by people who are not loyal to the party and only vote in the party's primary to choose the worst  candidates to run against the other party they are loyal to.   Democrats should not be choosing Republican Party candidates.

Should the GOP County Chair be selected by the elected County Executive Committee, or in the Open primaries where Democrats can cross over for more moderate candidates?

The GOP County Chair should be selected by the County Executive Committee as they are more likely to know that person and their loyalty to the platform and principles of the party.   Voting in open primaries allows the Democrats to thwart the will of actual Republicans.

I need to research what changes to the platform are being discussed before I support any changes.

What's your position on Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan?

Dade Phelen should have resigned as Speaker after the sham Ken Paxton impeachment trial.   This whole trial was an embarrassment to the state of Texas.    Most of the Republican priorities were never brought to the floor for a vote.  Being drunk at the podium more than once should be grounds for termination.

Would you support legislative action to establish a salary framework (possibly related to the Gov. salary) for all taxpayer funded employees with a stipulation that elected officials be required to get voter approval to exceed that framework for their own salaries?

Yes, elected officials should be required to get voter approval to exceed that framework for their own salaries

Do you support or oppose social programs in our schools (like C-Scope, Common Core, CRT, International Baccalaureate, SEL, etc.)? Why or why not?

I oppose all social programs in our schools that supports Marxist idelogies because they go against our Constitution and thus are revolutionary in nature, bent on overthrowing the very foundations of the United States.  I believe in sticking with the core subjects.

No

Yes, elected precinct chairs are block walking, working at the polls meeting the voters and play a pivotal role in electing grassroots conservatives

Should the county GOP chair be involved in any other political organizations, including PAC's, while serving a term as the chairman? Why or why not?

No, the county GOP chair should not use his/her position or the Republican brand to profit personally.   This creates a serious conflict of interest.

At what point should the "right to life" or "personhood" be granted to new human beings (e.g., at conception, sign of heartbeat, 3 months of pregnancy, birth, 5 days old, etc)? What action, if any, will you take to reflect this in law?

At conception.  Laws should be enforced to protect the unborn.  "Right to Life" advocates should be protected instead of being arrested and jailed for advocating outside of abortion clinics.   These scare tactics are being used to try and stop American citizens from exercising their first amendment rights.

What, if anything, should be done to protect our borders from illegal immigration?

First off, close the borders.   Then institute massive deportation operations for those already here in the U.S.  This would curtail further invasion of our borders.  No more financial assistance would also be effective as many are coming for economic benefits

What does being a conservative mean to you?

A conservative is a patriotic person who loves their country, promotes policies to preserve the values that are the foundation of our Christian Nation.   Conservatives protect and defend the United Stares Constitution as it was originally written and understood by our Founding Fathers.  They protect and defend our God given freedoms that are enumerated in the Bill of Rights.   

List 3 changes that should be made to how elections are conducted in Montgomery County.

1.  Watermarked paper ballots, no machines.

2.  Cameras should be everywhere that the ballots travel, are being handled or being counted.

3.  The process for citizens to call for a hand recount of all ballots  should be made much easier.   Should be more difficult for a hand recount to be denied by Election Officials.

Do you support current RPT chair Matt Rinaldi in full and if not, what do you disagree with?

I fully support RPT Chair Matt Rinaldi.  I hope more conservative SREC men and women are elected to support our RPT Chair to move the party in a more conservative direction at the 2024 convention
