Before moving to Montgomery County, I was employed as a secretary to a commercial real estate developer. In 1999, after the birth of my 3rd child, I made the decision to be a stay at home mom. Our family moved from Houston to Montgomery County in 1997, where we built our home in Lake Windcrest. I have been married to the love of my life for 38 years. God has blessed us with 11 amazing children, one of whom is now in Heaven. I consider being a mother my biggest and most important accomplishment. People ask us all the time, "What were y'all thinking?" or "Don't y'all know what causes that?" Then there's my favorite, "Are y'all trying to populate the earth?" So yes, this pro-life mama bear is raising 10 conservatives. I guess you could say, I'm doing my part to legally swing the vote! The Lord has blessed me with 6 grandkids, so I still have my work cut out for me, trying to grow the party! Unfortunatly, I no longer have the added benefit of listening to the wisdom of Rush as I drive them around. Dittos forever!
I became active during the 2020 Election as a Trump Campaign volunteer and I formed the Conservatives of Montgomery County ND group that has grown to over 700 members. In 2020, I was a delegate to the MCRPTX County and State Conventions. I became the MCRPTX Chair for Precinct 97 and serve on the fundraising Committee. I am also a pround member of the MCRPTX Tea Party and Eagle Forum, as well as a founding member of the MCRPTX Freedom Caucus.
I am passionate about advancing conservative principles, exposing corruption and working to get conservative candidates elected to office.

▾ General
What 2 things about your opponent do the voters need to know?
The only thing I know about my opponent is he was recruited by the establishment side of the party, who's main goal is to take out conservative precinct chairs.
This is a Republican primary race. Do you promise, if elected, to abide by the RPT platform? And if not, please enumerate what problems you have.
Yes, I will abide by the RPT Platform.
Define what the word "Conservative" means to you.
Being a conservative means a strict adherence to the Constitution and Bill of Rights, upholding Biblical values, limited government with grassroots leadership, transparency, free markets, personal responsibility, secure borders, and protecting American sovereignty.
Are you willing to put in the time necessary to attend CEC meetings, additional committee meetings, training sessions, blockwalking, etc?
Absolutely!
Do you think the 'Republican' brand should be used by PACs in their names that may deceive voters? Why or why not?"
No, we have Democrats and RINOS claiming to be Republican just to win their election. Deceptive PACS and clubs that claim to be "Republican" do not endorse candidates that uphold the Republican Platform. Instead, fake Republican PACS decieve the voters into believing they are an official PAC of the Republican Party, but the Republican Party doesn't endorse in the primary. Once their candidates get elected to office, these fake Republicans show their liberal colors.
What best describes your political ideology most(circle only one).
1. Republican
2. Grassroots
3. Conservative
4. Tea Party
I'm all of the above, but a Constitutional conservative best describes my values.
How do you believe precinct chairs should be involved in elections? (election judge, clerk, none?)
I believe a Precinct Chair's first responsibility is to get out the vote and get conservative candidates elected. I think that is best accomplished by blockwalking and working the parking lot. It is also the Precinct Chair's responsibility to help find their Election Judge and Clerks.
Do you like the Steering Committee style of leadership currently in place or that of just a county chairman?
I prefer the Steering Committee style of leadership as it best represents the body of the CEC.
Do you beieve that the county chair/precinct chairs should actively participate in at least one committee?
I believe that Precinct Chairs who are involved, and serve on committees are more invested in representing their constituents. I serve as the Marketing Chairman and I also serve on the Fundraising, and Training & Development Committes. I also recently joined the Communications Committee as it goes hand in hand with Marketing.
Should the county GOP chair be involved with fundraising? Why or why not?
Yes, the Chairman is the leader of the party and should set the example of participating in fundraising.
Should party primaries be "open" or "closed" & why?
The Primaries should be closed, as it would prevent Democrats from crossing over and voting the in Republican Primary, thus altering the outcome of the election.
Should the GOP County Chair be selected by the elected County Executive Committee, or in the Open primaries where Democrats can cross over for more moderate candidates?
The County Chair should be elected by the CEC as they are generally more informed the general public when it comes to vetting the candidates for County Chair. The CEC is not influenced by donor money and flashy voter guides like uninformed voters.
There's discussion about making major revisions to the RPT Platform. Please describe the nature of any major changes you support.
The RPT Platform needs to remain specific and not shortened in any way.
What's your position on Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan?
Phelan is really a Democrat that claims to be a Republican, as he doesn’t uphold our platform and Legislative Priorities.
▾ Budget
Would you support legislative action to establish a salary framework (possibly related to the Gov. salary) for all taxpayer funded employees with a stipulation that elected officials be required to get voter approval to exceed that framework for their own salaries?
Yes, taxpayer funded employees shouldn’t be able to give themselves pay raises as they work for we the people.
▾ Education
Do you support or oppose social programs in our schools (like C-Scope, Common Core, CRT, International Baccalaureate, SEL, etc.)? Why or why not?
No, liberal, indoctrinating curriculums should not be in our schools. Our schools need to be teaching classical education and prayer needs to be brought back in our schools.
▾ Ethics
Is there anything in your background of an embarrassing nature that should be explained before your election? Arrests/Convictions? Bankruptcys?
While I'm a firm believer in law and order, and fiscal responsibility, I don't believe this question should be asked of Precinct Chairs. I serve on the Vacancy Committee and I talk to people that are solid conservatives who I know would make outstanding Precinct Chairs. One person refused to run because of a past mistake. This got me to thinking that we are unknowingly eliminating good, conservative patriots because they don't want something in their past to be made public. For those candidates that are running for a taxpayer funded, salaried position, then I believe the question I'd warranted. Of course background checks are appropriate, but not the release of personal information for volunteers positions. So for the person that refused to run, I pray that next time you will reconsider.
Do you agree with precinct chairs involvement in republican primaries? Why or why not?
Precinct Chairs should be involved in primaries. They have a responsibility to get to know the candidates and educate their constituents.
Should the county GOP chair be involved in any other political organizations, including PAC's, while serving a term as the chairman? Why or why not?
No, County Chairs need to avoid having conflict of interest at all costs.
At what point should the "right to life" or "personhood" be granted to new human beings (e.g., at conception, sign of heartbeat, 3 months of pregnancy, birth, 5 days old, etc)? What action, if any, will you take to reflect this in law?
Life needs to be protected from conception until natural death. I will work to get pro life candidates elected to office.
▾ Immigration
What, if anything, should be done to protect our borders from illegal immigration?
Close our borders, and if people are here illegally, send them back. No amnesty!
▾ Other
What does being a conservative mean to you?
To me, a conservative is a person that believes in traditional family values, free markets, transparency, limited government, a strong military, protecting our 1A and 2A rights, protecting life from conception until natural death, a secure border with LEGAL immigration, no amnesty, protecting American sovereignty, and upholding America's founding documents in their original form.
List 3 changes that should be made to how elections are conducted in Montgomery County.
Close the primaries
Watermarked paper ballots, 1 ballot per registered voter printed
Clean up the voter rolls
Do you support current RPT chair Matt Rinaldi in full and if not, what do you disagree with?
I fully support Matt Rinaldi as he is a true conservative, however I believe he lacks the backbone to stand up against liberal adversity.
