·      Advocating for a 20% homestead instead of the proposed 4%

·      Pushing for a savings account to begin to prepare for infrastructure growth and needs

Genealogy/Residency:

·      Proud 13th generation Texan (dating back before Texas was even Tejas-1731). 12th great granddaughter of Juan Curbelo who sailed over as one of the 1st seven families coming to America from the canary islands.

·      Texas born and bred. 

·      Moved to Montgomery County in 1998. 

·      Moved to the City of Montgomery in 2013.

            Information Technology company servicing small and medium size businesses across a large part of Montgomery County.  My husband does the IT work, I handled everything else.

            Managed apartment communities in North Houston, Kingwood, and Conroe.  This included staff ranging from 3-50 and apartment complexes ranging from 120-600       units.  Additionally I specialized in tax credit and senior communities.

I think that if a vote is looking for answers and has questions then we could all agree to make it as easy as possible to help them. This include streamlining a process of knowing who is and is not the designated parties.

A precinct chair should be able to completely run their precinct polling location. Including getting volunteers for all positions needed.
