Yes

It should be allowed if they only recommend Republican candidates

Election Judge,  run precinct convention, recruit workers, participate in County and State Republican activities

I think we should follow the elected County Chairman

Yes

Should the county GOP chair be involved with fundraising? Why or why not?

Yes.  The Chairman and all members of the CEC should be involved in fundraising.   I cannot think of any reason that they would be excluded

Should party primaries be "open" or "closed" & why?

I think the state should change to a closed system to prevent Democrats from voting in the Republican primary then claim to be Republican 

Should the GOP County Chair be selected by the elected County Executive Committee, or in the Open primaries where Democrats can cross over for more moderate candidates?

We should continue to elect in the primary.  I don't think crossover Democrats would even vote in that race.  They would not have the knowledge

I am not familiar with any major changes that are under discussion

He should be replaced

Yes. They need to be familiar with the candidates so can inform their constituents

No,  the chair has enough to do

At what point should the "right to life" or "personhood" be granted to new human beings (e.g., at conception, sign of heartbeat, 3 months of pregnancy, birth, 5 days old, etc)? What action, if any, will you take to reflect this in law?

I believe in right to life from the moment of conception.  It sadly would be easier to get votes if we allow it up until heartbeat and consider legitimate health reasons for the mother

Close the border and resume the system of vetting the applicants

Fiscal and social conservative, less government control, patriotism
