General

What 2 things about your opponent do the voters need to know?

I have never heard of him and I have not seen him block walking or participating in any of the precinct meetings.

This is a Republican primary race.  Do you promise, if elected, to abide by the RPT platform? And if not, please enumerate what problems you have.

Absolutely

Define what the word "Conservative" means to you.

I believe in the State and Federal Constitution and upholding it in its entirety.  I believe in our God given rights.  I believe in less government.  I believe in election integrity.  We are here for a higher purpose and our rights should not be infringed upon.

Are you willing to put in the time necessary to attend CEC meetings, additional committee meetings, training sessions, blockwalking, etc?

Yes.  I have done so in the past and will continue to do so.

Do you think the 'Republican' brand should be used by PACs in their names that may deceive voters? Why or why not?"

No.  This is done, in my opinion, to confuse voters and should be halted.

What best describes your political ideology most(circle only one).
1.        Republican
2.        Grassroots
3.        Conservative
4.        Tea Party

Grassroot conservative

How do you believe precinct chairs should be involved in elections? (election judge, clerk, none?)

The precinct chairs should be involved meeting and greeting voters to help support the truly conservative candidates.  We need to be giving them the information they need to make an informed vote.

Do you like the Steering Committee style of leadership currently in place or that of just a county chairman?

Definitely a steeting committee.

Do you beieve that the county chair/precinct chairs should actively participate in at least one committee?

Yes-it is good to see how all the committees come together to make the whole group whole.  It gives a better understanding about the system and your become closer as a whole.  It is the best way to know your fellow PC

Should the county GOP chair be involved with fundraising? Why or why not?

The GOP chairman should be involved in every aspect of the party and it is an excellent idea for them to fund raise.  This person is the face of the local party and should be the main fund raiser.

Should party primaries be "open" or "closed" & why?

The primary should be closed to assure we are getting people who are republicans voting

Should the GOP County Chair be selected by the elected County Executive Committee, or in the Open primaries where Democrats can cross over for more moderate candidates?

I believe the Chairman should be voted on by the executive committee or the body of the CEC

There's discussion about making major revisions to the RPT Platform. Please describe the nature of any major changes you support.

There needs to be something added to assure that not only the Texas GOP abides by it but that the candidates abide by it.

What's your position on Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan?

He needs to be primaried

Budget

Would you support legislative action to establish a salary framework (possibly related to the Gov. salary) for all taxpayer funded employees with a stipulation that elected officials be required to get voter approval to exceed that framework for their own salaries?

Absolutely

Education

Do you support or oppose social programs in our schools (like C-Scope, Common Core, CRT, International Baccalaureate, SEL, etc.)? Why or why not?

The government needs to stay out of our schools and just teach our children the subjects as they were first intended to do.

Ethics

Is there anything in your background of an embarrassing nature that should be explained before your election? Arrests/Convictions? Bankruptcys?

No

Do you agree with precinct chairs involvement in republican primaries? Why or why not?

Yes.  There needs to be a way to educate the public on the best candicates;

Should the county GOP chair be involved in any other political organizations, including PAC's, while serving a term as the chairman? Why or why not?

No-there are to many conflicts of interest

At what point should the "right to life" or "personhood" be granted to new human beings (e.g., at conception, sign of heartbeat, 3 months of pregnancy, birth, 5 days old, etc)? What action, if any, will you take to reflect this in law?

Conception.  I will strive to elect people who have the same or similiar beliefs as I do regarding this subject.

Immigration

What, if anything, should be done to protect our borders from illegal immigration?

Anything that is legally possible.  We need to be on the ground, in the courts and any other way to defend our borders.

Other

What does being a conservative mean to you?

Same as stated above:  I believe in the State and Federal Constitution and upholding it in its entirety.  I believe in our God given rights.  I believe in less government.  I believe in election integrity.  We are here for a higher purpose and our rights should not be infringed upon.

List 3 changes that should be made to how elections are conducted in Montgomery County.

1.  Paper ballots

2.  One day voting

3.  vetting the candidates better

Do you support current RPT chair Matt Rinaldi in full and if not, what do you disagree with?

I support Ranaldi but feel there should be someone in that position who can get more accomplished.  I understand that there are so many RINOs that it impeades his job quite a bit.  I want someone in that position who can stand up for what they believe and do it (like Ken  Paxton has done)
