Major Issues
- The $807 Million bloated bond does nothing to enhance the enducation of those attending those schools.
- There is less than $300 MIllion needed items. There are over $500 Million in pork in this bond.
- There appear to be no real pricing estimates in this bond - only fictitiously derived $$$ numbers, many that are replicated (discovered using Benfords Law, which Internal Auditors use in fraud investigations).
- Input was made from people who were specially selected to support this bond, no matter the cost.
