What's the utilization rate of the current Natatorium? See Page 5 for “typical day”.

I'm of the understanding that some schools may be displaced and have to go elsewhere. What schools and where do they have to go? Non-responsive (except a comment about renting other space (but no other data).
How much is geared to the new pool and how much to the other (refurbishments, etc.). See slide 11 (of 12). Pool: $10M; Refurb: $2.5M; Baseball and Softball Turf (5 campuses) - $17.5M
